great location but limited amenities

The full kitchen in our King Studio made meal prep easy and enjoyable. Having a washer/dryer on the ground floor allowed us to pack light for our five-night stay.

The amenities could be more extensive, especially for longer stays.

Friendly and helpful staff provided great service.

Our stay was marred by several disappointments. The room we were given was not clean. there were old stains on the fridge and a generally untidy kitchen. Additionally, we faced issues with the elevators, with one completely out of order, making our travels to and from the room a frustrating experience.

The suite was impeccably clean, spacious, and well-equipped with a full kitchen, making it perfect for a long stay. I loved the hotel's central location, offering easy access to nearby Chinatown and Old Montréal, ideal for leisurely walks.

Improved signage for garage parking would help seniors.

The sound insulation needs a serious upgrade!!! Air conditioning control is a hassle with windows being the only option. A table for dining would be essential in the suite!!! Consider improving kitchen inventory with a bigger pot!!!

We explored the vibrant jazz scene at the International de Jazz festival and enjoyed the beautiful local parks. Super convenient location, clean rooms, and helpful staff. Pro tip, expect a bit of noise from other guests, but overall, a great spot for a fun getaway!

One downside was the parking accessibility.

For a smoother experience, request your towels directly from reception daily to avoid wait times.

The hotel is in a perfect location, close to many attractions! It had a full kitchen which allowed us to prepare meals and save on eating out.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but it felt reasonable for what we got.

I loved how this place was just a short walk from both Mount Royal Park and the historic Notre-Dame Basilica, making my weekend strolls absolutely delightful, and I also appreciated the warm staff who provided late check-out accommodations that fit perfectly into my busy exploration schedule.
